We have offices in the United Kingdom and the USA, headed by Ian Waddell and Richard Lackey respectively, each with over 30 years experience consulting with restaurateurs, their business, real estate and international markets.
We are active on our clients’ behalf in many parts of the world – Europe, North America, Middle East, Asia-Pacific. Our clients include some of the icons of the business such as Lettuce Entertain You, Nico, Scottish & Newcastle, Compass Group, Asha Bhosle, Lucid Entertainment, Benihana of Tokyo, Levy Restaurants to name just a few.
